Joe S.

Joe, the butcher who taught us these steps and skills owns a farm with cows and pigs in which he births, feeds, and butchers for food. He butchers once every few months, with the exception of someone wanting to buy meat from him.
Joe has 2 sons, who when they were younger would help butcher the cows and pigs and help eat them for nourishment.
